في أستوديو أركان نحرص على رضاكم وجودة الخدمات والمنتجات التي نقدمها.
يرجى قراءة السياسة التالية:

1. المنتجات الرقمية (Digital Products)

• لا يمكن استرجاع أو استرداد قيمة أي منتج رقمي يتم تحميله من المتجر.
• جميع المشتريات الرقمية تعتبر نهائية وغير قابلة للترجيع.

2. المنتجات الملموسة (Physical Items)

• يمكن استبدال المنتجات الملموسة فقط خلال مدة ٣ أيام من تاريخ الطلب.
• يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية وقت الاستبدال.
• لا يتم تقديم استرجاع مالي للمنتجات الملموسة، بل استبدال فقط.

• We do not offer refunds for any digital products downloaded from the store.
• All digital purchases are final and non-refundable.

2. Physical Items

• Physical items can be exchanged only within 3 days from the order date.
• Items must be unused and in their original condition at the time of exchange.
• No monetary refunds are offered for physical items — exchange only.
